Welcome to K&FT

Kids & Families Together is a nonprofit support, education, and counseling resource center that provides services for individuals and families in foster/resource care, kinship care, legal guardianship, adoption, as well as birth families. K&FT is a division of PathPoint, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides Developmental Disability Services, Behavioral Health Services, and Child & Family Services to people with a unique set of needs in Central and Southern California.

Thank you to all of our donors, partners, and volunteers for helping us serve over 100 children in care with their families for the holiday season! You helped make their holiday celebration more special and filled with warm and joyful memories.
