February topic: Healthy Nutrition for Children: Getting our kids to eat healthy can be frustrating and challenging at times.  Learn what types of food and how much food children really need.  Gain tips on getting your child to eat well\, including how to implement your child as the chef.  Also\, learn what types of things sabotage children from eating well and tips on overcoming those obstacles.  Food samples will be provided!
